Cixi City Guanghua Instrument Accessories Factory, established in 1984, is a private enterprise engaged in the manufacture of various counter character wheels, gasometer counters, and counters of single/three-phrase watt-hour meter Model DD862 & DT862. And it is situated at Zhangqi Town of Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, which claims to be the biggest character wheel production base in China. Currently, our factory has a strong workforce of 300 and a workshop of over 8,000 m2 with fixed assets amounting to RMB 6 million yuan odd.At present, our factory is equipped with advanced and complete production facilities, including 6 full-automatic thermo-printing machines, 20 semi-automatic thermo-printing machines, 25 semi-automatic hydraulic injection forming machines (15-250g), 25 manual mimeographs, 2 lathes, a cutting machine, and a projector. In addition, our factory has introduced some advanced foreign thermo-printing as well as assembling equipment. With 90% parts of gasometer counter made by us, a streamlined production capacity has formed in our factory from developing & designing, mould manufacturing, and parts processing, to finished product assembling. Annually, our factory produces 200 million pieces of quality plastic character wheels, 800,000 pieces of gasometer counters, and 1 million pieces of watt-hour meter counters. Meanwhile, our factory has successfully developed 2-way counter Model JD862. And our factory occupies a leading position among vast competitors in both production scale and technology strength.
